With approximately 240 species of birds, Ilha Grande is considered an IBA (important bird area) by BirdLife International, having some rare species present in its gorgeous and dense Atlantic rain forests. At same time we are a trekking paradise with approximate 75 kilometers of oficial trekking around the island, having many amazing spots for birdwatching.
